Detailed Job Description
Responsibilities: Marketing executives will have to sell web site and online advertisement packages to all professionals and business in their city. A sales and marketing/business development executive’s job involves generating new sales and procuring orders, through physical meetings, phone, direct mail, follow-ups and other channels. Support the company in increasing the profits and overall sales and shaping the business in the city. Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities in the city.
The Job: Sales & marketing of online business portfolio website packages. Getting new clients, procuring new orders from all professionals/business in your city. Since the company is based in only 1 Head Branch and 1 Coorporate Branch there is no branch office in your city, so you will need to operate without an office in your city (you will need to communicate directly with main office) - which means everyday (instead of going to office) you must go for marketing directly to clients i.e. to the customers to seek new orders. Everyday reporting to be done by phone/email. Salaries/commission/incentives will be directly deposited to your bank account by 1st week every month. So you must have internet connection, bank account and mobile phone. If and when required you will be called over to our Kolkata office.
You need to visit target clients, explain product details & benefit, follow-up (if necessary) and get orders cheques from clients. Deposit order cheque in any nearby Axis bank or Indian Overseas bank branch/atm and email order sheet. You may prefix your appointment / go on cold calls / use your own marketing strategy to generate sales. Relationship building, client servicing & overall business development. You must use your own resource or database to generate new leads for sales. You will get all training material and support from the company. Executives are eligible for incentives, gifts & travel vouchers.
